How you make it count

As a Consultant in Compliance, you will support financial institutions in reinforcing their regulatory compliance and operational resilience. Your week could look like this:

Starting your day by planning your activities and reviewing client questions related to compliance or Financial Crime.
Supporting senior colleagues in performing compliance risk assessments and identifying gaps in existing frameworks.
Helping to draft or improve policies and procedures, supporting clients with the implementation of compliance controls.
Participating in client workshops to document business processes, gather requirements and analyse compliance workflows.
Assisting clients with operational compliance activities, such as customer due diligence checks, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening or governance follow‑up.
Coordinating project tasks with multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.
Ending your day by preparing a to‑do list for tomorrow: reviewing onboarding files, supporting a regulatory gap analysis, or preparing slides for an internal or client meeting.

You will be exposed to a variety of regulatory topics and get opportunities to develop yourself quickly in the compliance domain.

What do you bring to the table?

A master’s degree in business engineering, economics, law, criminology or another relevant field.
0–2 years of experience in compliance, audit, consulting or the financial sector.
A strong interest in regulation and compliance operations (AML/KYC experience is a plus).
Fluency in Dutch and French, with very good knowledge of English.
An analytical mindset, accuracy and the ability to set priorities and structure your work.
