Missions

Deliver scientific and medical information regarding health products to healthcare professionals and patients in accordance with current regulatory guidelines and in strict adherence to the Laboratory's recommendations.

Receive first and second-level requests from Healthcare Professionals and Patients (incoming contacts: telephone, e-mail, fax, post, etc.), during working hours

Ensure the traceability of requests received using designated databases, as well as documentary updates

Respond to requests according to client guidelines

Transfer requests to the appropriate specialists when they fall outside the area of expertise

Detect pharmacovigilance and product complaint cases and notify the concerned services

Alert managers of any information having a direct or indirect impact on the activity

Participate in Crisis Management (answering calls, sending mail, activity reports)

You will benefit from a training programme tailored to your profile and responsibilities, as well as daily support from experienced operators.

Profil

Full proficiency in scientific Dutch

Conversational English?

Scientific training in Life sciences or previous experience in close contact with Health Care professionals.

Experience in telephone communication

Rigorous, Organised

Responsive and able to work under pressure

Strong interpersonal/communication skills

Sense of service and team spirit
