The Role

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Interim Senior Finance Manager (9-month FTC) will take ownership of regional financial reporting and control activities across key international markets. You will lead core accounting processes, oversee audits, and ensure robust compliance as the business grows in scale and complexity.

This position offers exposure to senior stakeholders, complex technical accounting matters, and the opportunity to drive automation and process improvements across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and review month-end reporting processes for assigned regions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Maintain strong analytical oversight of financial performance and balance sheet integrity.
Manage local statutory audits and act as a key contributor to the Group audit process.
Support regulatory reviews and tax inspections where required.
Ensure financial controls are well-designed, documented, and consistently applied.
Strengthen risk mitigation frameworks in line with a growing, multi-entity structure.
Provide authoritative guidance on complex accounting matters, with strong IFRS knowledge.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across finance and the wider business.
Manage and coach a small team, supporting development, performance management, and continuous improvement.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the reporting team.
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation and data-driven solutions.
Leverage large datasets to improve insight, accuracy, and scalability of finance processes.
Oversee preparation and filing of statutory financial statements across assigned jurisdictions.

About You

Qualified Accountant – ACA/ACCA, or equivalent, with strong post-qualification experience.
Complex Reporting Experience – Proven track record managing sophisticated month-end cycles and leading audits in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Analytical & Systems-Focused – Comfortable working with large datasets and driving automation initiatives.
Clear Communicator – Able to translate technical accounting concepts into practical business insights.
People Leader – Experience managing and developing team members, with the ability to influence across senior stakeholders.
ERP Exposure – Experience with modern cloud-based ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is advantageous.
