4 + years of Project Management experience within a subscription based workstream
Experience working with ondemand and live content teams
Strong leadership presence with ability to set expectations, create accountability and drive innovation
Experience working with stakeholders cross functionally including technical teams, mobile, web and OTT
Experience using Jira and Confluence for project management tools
Familiarity with PMO processes and tools with ability to contribute to tri-annual planning and reporting activities
Ability to identify and address early indicators of project risk or failure, implementing effective triage strategies to keep initiatives on track
Great communication, high emotional intelligence with excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Interest in Sports events and fan of the NFL

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and emotionally intelligent project manager to lead subscription teams cross-functionally in delivering high-impact digital initiatives across our web and mobile platforms. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in ambiguity, fosters collaboration, and drives accountability across diverse teams and delivery models. You’ll facilitate collaboration across Product, Design, Engineering, and external partners while managing interdependent technical teams to ensure seamless integration on shared platforms. Your role involves driving clarity in ambiguous environments by defining requirements, managing dependencies, and aligning stakeholders, while maintaining master project schedules, communication plans, and documentation in line with PMO standards.
