Job Title: Lead Full Stack Developer

Location: Boston, MA (4 days in office, 1 work from home day)

Contract: 6 months (Potential Extension)

Department: Asset Management – Investment Technology

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a lead role

• Strong command of full-stack development: JavaScript (React/Angular), Node.js or Java/.NET/ Python, and SQL

• Hands-on experience with AWS architecture and services (Glue, Lambda, API gateway, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)

• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, or CloudFormation

• Strong API development and integration experience

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Selenium)

• Proven ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional delivery in a matrix environment

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in the Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Wealth Management

• Knowledge of front office platform and workflows: OMS, PMS, and risk engines

• Experience with ETF platforms and fund lifecycle processes

• Familiarity with Snowflake, Python, and event-driven architecture

• Exposure to regulatory reporting, ESG data pipelines, or performance attribution systems
