Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong experience in PowerShell scripting, CI/CD pipeline development, and Harness to support automation, deployment, and infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines, automating operational tasks, and improving deployment reliability across environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Harness.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.
Manage build, release, and deployment processes across multiple environments.
Integrate code repositories, testing frameworks, and deployment tools within CI/CD workflows.
Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot build/deployment failures.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to streamline release cycles.
Implement DevOps best practices including version control, branching strategies, and artifact management.
Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained within pipelines.
Support cloud and on-prem infrastructure automation efforts.

Required Skills

Strong experience in DevOps practices and methodologies.
Hands-on expertise with PowerShell scripting.
Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Harness.
Familiarity with Git-based repositories (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
Experience with build tools and artifact repositories.
Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker (preferred).
Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP (preferred).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, etc.).
Knowledge of Kubernetes.
Exposure to monitoring and logging tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
