Full Stack Software Engineer (AI-Native Development)

£50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits

Fully Remote (UK)

Method Resourcing are working with a fast-growing UK tech company building next-generation data visualisation software, and they’re doubling down on AI. They don't just build AI features, They use AI as part of their engineering workflow.

Their approach?

AI-assisted development → engineer validation → refactoring → production-grade output.

They’re now looking to hire a new Full Stack Engineer who is comfortable working in this way and can operate confidently in an AI-native coding environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building AI-driven product features from POC through to production
Working across TypeScript, React and Python
Leveraging AI tools to accelerate development (while maintaining clean architecture and best practices)
Refactoring, validating and productionising AI-generated code
Contributing to product direction in a highly collaborative team

What They’re Looking For

Strong commercial experience with TypeScript and React
Solid backend experience (Python ideal)
Comfortable using AI tools as part of your development workflow
Able to review, optimise and refactor AI-assisted code
Experience building and owning production systems
Interest in modern AI/LLM-powered features
