Role: AI Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite) - Face to Face interview required.

Mode: Contract

Visa Required- USC/ GC / OPT (Only for W2)

Candidate F2F Requirements: Candidates must bring the following for the Face to Face interview:

Laptop (mandatory)
Valid ID proof

JD:

6 - 8 years overall experience.

Expertise in LLM and Prompt Engineering

a) Expert Level prompt engineering

b) Deep understanding of LLM reasoning. Context strategies and evaluation

AI Engineering

a) Experience building LLM based applications using Python and Java

Hands-on experience with

a) RAG

b) Embeddings

c) Agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, etc..)

d) SQL/MongoDB experience

e) Excellent Python development skills

f) Experience with Postman and APIs

g) Experience with GitHub

h) Familiarity with process mining (Skan.ai, Celonis etc..)

i) Experience working in regulated environments (Banking/Finance/healthcare etc..)

j) Familiarity with Audit processes aligned with regulator requirements.
