We’re Hiring: Senior Full Stack DevOps Engineer / Observability-as-Code Expert (Dynatrace APM)

Location: Le Mans, France

Travel: 2–3 days/week onsite with the client

Must be based in France – No sponsorship available

Are you passionate about building high‑impact observability solutions at scale? Join our team and help elevate our Dynatrace‑based Application Observability platform to the next level!

In this role, you’ll:

Drive end‑to‑end improvements across the observability platform—from design to deployment and continuous optimization.
Build and enhance Observability-as-Code capabilities (including SLO automation in CI/CD pipelines).
Apply your expertise across automation, distributed systems, and large‑scale engineering.
Collaborate with DevSecOps teams, support onboarding of new services, and maintain high‑performance production environments.
Contribute to a thriving internal observability community and influence how teams monitor and operate applications.

What we’re looking for:

Strong mastery of Dynatrace or similar APM tools (AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic).
Hands-on experience with Ansible / IaC principles.
Development in Python, Bash, Go, or Monaco CLI.
Comfort with DevSecOps environments: Linux, Windows, J2EE, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWX, Java, HTML, JavaScript.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and service-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in an agile, multisite environment.
