Our client are in need of a Technology Director to lead Engineering, Product, Data and IT at a pivotal moment of organisational transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll shape and deliver a forward looking technology strategy that strengthens stability, accelerates operational efficiency, and embeds AI enabled, modern engineering practices. Working in close partnership with Customer Operations, you'll champion automation, self service and data driven decision making while building a culture rooted in trust, innovation and accountability.
Key Focus Areas
Lead multi disciplinary technology strategy across Engineering, Product, Data and IT.
Drive platform resilience, modern engineering and AI assisted delivery.
Strengthen governance, budgeting, leadership rhythms and organisational stability.
D2C experience
Rolling out Automation and improving AI usage.
