Senior Full Stack Engineer | Python | React | London | £100,000-£150,000

Location: London (hybrid)

Salary: £100k to £150k + equity

Most AI products focus on models.This team focuses on the harder problem: building the systems around AI so it can operate reliably inside real businesses.

The software sits directly inside customer operations. It processes large volumes of documents and structured data, integrates with external systems, and drives workflows that companies depend on every day. The engineering challenge is designing systems that are predictable, resilient, and capable of operating at scale.

The team is small and technically strong. Engineers work closely with users, ship frequently, and take responsibility for the systems they build.

Tech stack

Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django)
React and TypeScript
AWS / GCP
Infrastructure as code and modern deployment tooling

What engineers work on

Designing and evolving backend services and APIs that power the platform
Building user facing interfaces used by customers and internal teams
Integrating external services and AI capabilities into production workflows
Investigating production incidents and improving system robustness
Working closely with product and operations to understand real customer problems
Contributing to system design and engineering practices as the platform grows
