At UNIVITY we believe that everyone on Earth should have access to internet connectivity and we are on a mission to empower telecom operators to deliver high-performance, affordable, sustainable internet from space to their clients where terrestrial networks are not available.
We successfully launched our first mission in 2025. We are now on our way for our next major milestone: an in-orbit demonstration in 2027, where two complete satellites will be deployed to further validate the system end-to-end. The following step will be to deploy our full constellation of disruptive satellites, enabling telecom operators to provide seamless connectivity worldwide.

UNIVITY is looking for a Head of Marketing & Communications to join the team in Paris office, reporting to the company CEO.
As Head of Marketing & Communications you will be responsible for defining and leading the execution of the company’s overall marketing and communication strategy. The role aims to strengthen brand awareness and consistency across all channels, support business growth, and drive audience engagement. This role includes the management of a Communication Officer and the potential to grow the team further in the future.
Your Key Responsibilities And Tasks
Marketing & Brand Strategy
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
Define and evolve brand positioning and messaging strategies.
Identify key target audiences (e.g. investors, telecom operators, partners) and define the most relevant communication channels to reach them.
Communications
Own Press and Public Relations.
Manage corporate communications, including announcements, funding news, product launches, and crisis communications.
Oversee content strategy (blog, case studies, whitepapers, social media, website) and coordinate with external agencies and providers.
Product Marketing
Support commercial teams in preparing campaigns, events and business outreach materials.
Coordinate and produce high quality business support materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, marketing materials).
Structure and transform technical materials (hardware documentation, engineering presentations, product information) into clear marketing and communication content for external audiences.
Analytics & Performance
Track, analyse, and report marketing performance to leadership and investors.
Use data to inform experimentation, budget allocation, and optimization.
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements
Skills and experience
Minimum Bachelors level qualification in marketing, communication, sales or a relevant speciality
At least 10 years’ experience in B2B marketing in the telecommunication, satcom, or another high-tech field.
Experience in a start-up would be a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
