Role: Operations Associate

Type: 12 month contrac

Location: Onsite 4x/week in Toronto, ON

Rate: $21-$22/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for an individual to join a large banking client. The successful individuals will be on the team that is ramping up for Tax season and needs an entry-level analyst to join the team. They will be working with client data and documentation for the internal and external accounts. This individual will be selected to be on the new accounts team, where they will be opening new accounts and transferring accounts within and outside the institution. Successful individuals must have excellent communication skills, a self-starter attitude, strong organization, and a willingness to learn.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Tech-savvy
Demonstrates the ability to be independent, with the willingness to learn new processes
Organized
Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, V-Lookups etc.)
Completed University/College education in Finance, E-Commerce, Business, Administration or a related field
Excellent Communication Skills

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Previous experience working with Broadridge
Prior banking experience is a huge plus
