A global financial services organisation is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to lead Identity & Access Management strategy across a complex, international technology environment. This Director-level role will be responsible for defining the IAM architecture roadmap and driving enterprise-wide strategy across areas including authentication, privileged access management, identity governance and zero trust.

You will work closely with senior technology and cybersecurity leadership to shape long-term architecture direction, influence major transformation programmes and ensure identity capabilities support both business growth and regulatory requirements. The role requires a senior architect with strong experience leading IAM strategy within large, complex organisations and the ability to influence stakeholders at executive level.

Central London based with hybrid working. Salary £170,000–£180,000 + bonus. No visa sponsorship.
