Akkodis is seeking a University-Campus Recruiter for a Contract position with a client located in Burlington, MA (Onsite).
Rate Range: $40-$50/hr on W2 without benefits, The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree.
8+ years of recruiting experience, including familiarity with internship and co op hiring programs.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Experience & Skills
Minimum of 2 years of campus recruiting experience, preferably hiring engineering students (ideally electrical engineering).
Exposure to the technology, semiconductor, or electrical hardware industries.
Experience recruiting graduate level students (MBA, MS, PhD).
