Title: Data Analyst

Location: Louisville, KY

Rate: $38.86/Hr

Note: This position is a contract on W2, and is NOT open to C2C.

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Organizational Development (OD) Data Analyst to support data-driven initiatives across OD programs. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, validating, and reporting on organizational data to support decision-making and program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, validate, and report data related to Organizational Development programs.
Extract and analyze data from multiple sources including databases, manual records, and external websites.
Design, test, and document data processes and reporting workflows.
Respond to internal data requests from various departments and stakeholders.
Create and publish both scheduled and ad hoc reports.
Document reporting requirements, data definitions, and processes.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through validation and quality checks.

Required Qualifications

Experience working with relational databases.
Proficiency with query tools and/or statistical analysis software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
Ability to work with large data sets and multiple data sources.
