We are a Belgian engineering consulting firm that assists SMEs and large industrial organizations in bringing their innovation and R&D initiatives to life. For one of our clients active in the automotive industry we are looking for a motivated and experienced Embedded SW Engineer.

Job description:

Specify, design, implement, and document software functionalities
Work closely with the SW Verification and Validation team to develop test specifications and write test cases
Develop new software and maintain existing products
Collaborate with System and Application software teams to solve complex technical challenges
Assist in diagnosing software-level issues

Qualifications

Profile / Requirements :

Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
5 years of experience in Embedded SW development
Strong understanding of embedded hardware/software systems
Experience in AUTOSAR configuration
Experienced with automotive software development standards (e.g., ASPICE)
Good understanding of software architecture principles
Experience with Vector Tools is a plus
Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO26262) and Cybersecurity (ISO21434) is a plus
Experience with VECTOR AUTOSAR stack is a plus
Expertise in bootloader design and HSM firmware is a plus
Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation
Proficient in static and dynamic code analysis methodologies and tools
Experience in agile development environments
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Pragmatic, proactive, and solution-oriented
Organized and detail oriented.
Fluent in English
