Source One is a consulting services company and we’re currently looking for the following individual to work as a remote consultant to our direct client, a major utilities company in Newark, NJ.

Job Title: IT Auditor (Contractor)

Pay Range: $48/hr - $65/hr (W-2)

Initial Duration: 4 months

Main responsibility: Lead and Perform IT audit engagements from planning through reporting.

Responsibilities:

• IT auditor is responsible for the internal controls and risks of a company’s technology network.

• This role includes identifying the weaknesses in a systems network and creating an action plan to prevent security breaches in the technology.

• Involved in the planning and execution of internal audit procedures and the creation of internal audit reports.

• An auditor must work within a team to create a solid information technology infrastructure and collaborate with clients to devise and implement policies and procedures regarding network security issues.

Required:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of internal controls and IT auditing experience

• Utilities industry experience is strongly preferred

• Bachelor's degree
