Role Overview

80% – Site Reliability Engineering (Transformation & Proactive Work)
20% – Application Support
This is a senior level, transformation-focused SRE role not just operational support.
Define and mature SLOs and SLIs (largely from scratch)
Participate in future error budgeting.
Improve system scalability, resiliency, and stability
Identify manual processes
Educate teams on SRE principles
Stakeholder management.
Support permit-to-operate processes for new or major releases.

Required Technical Skills

OpenShift (OCP) – Primary Kubernetes platform
Oracle
Autosys
AppDynamics
Dynatrace The strength should come from deep technical SRE experience and operating in a real SRE environment ,not just traditional L2 application support.
Thousand Eyes
Candidates should have hands-on experience with at least one major enterprise monitoring platform.

Experience building SLOs from scratch

OpenShift container platform expertise

Automation-first mindset

Experience reducing operational toil

Strong executive-level communication skills

Experience modernizing traditional support models into SRE frameworks

Schedule Details

Standard: 40-hour work week

Every 5–6 weeks:

Late shift: 12 PM – 8 PM

Sunday rotation: 4 hours coverage

Team attempts coordinated in-office days (varies monthly).
