Our client is leading one of the European Union’s most important programs for managing large-scale IT systems that aid in border management, migration, security, and justice. The organization makes sure that major EU-wide information systems run smoothly and continue to develop.

What you will do:

Arrange meetings and produce clear, structured minutes
Set up and maintain project files and documentation
Collect actuals and forecasts; update project plans
Support and administer quality review activities
Support and administer in preparing Project Board meetings
Compile project and management reports
Maintain project registers (Quality Register, Configuration Items, any other registers/logs delegated by the Project Manager)
Support configuration management procedures
Provide expertise in project tools and techniques

What you need to be a great match:

Education & Experience

Minimum 4 years of relevant education (Master’s degree or equivalent)
At least 4 years of relevant professional experience, including:
1+ year of IT project support experience
Experience supporting multiple projects and project managers
Experience covering the full end‑to‑end IT project lifecycle

Project Management Expertise

Experience working within a PMO using PRINCE2 or equivalent
PRINCE2 Foundation (or equivalent) certification
Good understanding of project management standards, risks, issues, and quality processes
Experience acting as configuration librarian and maintaining configuration management systems
Experience designing project document templates

Tools & Technical Skills

Familiarity with project management tools
Strong proficiency in using MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and the ability to utilise desktop applications;
Confident in minute‑taking and action tracking at all levels
