With Customer Success being at the centre of our GTM & strategy, this is a crucial role for our growth. As the Founding Technical Account Manager, you'll have direct exposure to the C-Level execs in helping build one of Software's most forward-thinking CS strategies to date.

You'll be working closely with a customer base that has grown to 1400+ customers including the likes of Vercel, HubSpot, Coinbase, Anthropic, Loveable, Perplexity, PayPal, and Cursor as key customers.

Location: San Fran (Bay Area)

Salary: 140k-190k base + % bonus

Role:

As the Founding Technical Account Manager, you will be spearheading the entire function. This is a strategic, customer-facing role where you’ll own relationships with major enterprise accounts. You’ll guide customers from onboarding to long-term adoption, build trust with technical and executive stakeholders, and turn reactive support into proactive partnership. Your work directly drives retention, expansion, and product direction.

Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers and run structured communication rhythms
Build deep relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders
Drive adoption across multiple teams and uncover growth opportunities
Create scalable processes for onboarding, health tracking, and renewals
Translate customer feedback into clear product insights and collaborate cross-functionally on solutions

Requirements:

Experience in technical, customer-facing roles with enterprise clients
Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts
Web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and comfort with Git
Understanding of API documentation, developer workflows, and customer data
Eperience with developer tools, API platforms, or AI/ML-powered workflows.
