**Job title:** Solutions Engineer **Role Summary:** Serve as a technical pre‑sales specialist for an AI code‑generation platform, guiding prospects from discovery through pilot to conversion. Act as the customer’s technical advisor, delivering tailored demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and data‑driven recommendations while collaborating closely with engineering to resolve complex issues and influence product improvements. **Expectations:** - Demonstrate measurable impact on deal progression and adoption rates through data‑backed insights. - Maintain high engagement levels with developers, engineers, and executives, ensuring smooth transition to active users. - Exhibit startup agility: proactive, self‑motivated, and quick to learn new technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end‑to‑end customer journeys: discovery, technical workshops, demos, and post‑pilot conversion. - Develop and deliver tailored product recommendations, demos, and POCs that underscore platform value. - Serve as the technical advisor during evaluation, answering questions and collaborating with engineers to solve complex technical concerns. - Analyze customer feedback and engagement metrics to refine pre‑sales strategies and demonstrate ROI. - Translate customer technical requirements into actionable insights for the engineering team and advise on product enhancements. **Required Skills:** - 2‑3 years in a technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect, or ML Engineer. - Strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure: AWS, Azure, GCP, containers, Kubernetes. - Proficient with DevOps tooling: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Terraform, build/test/deployment processes. - Advanced problem‑solving: diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in real‑world customer environments. - Analytical mindset: convert data into actionable strategies. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage developers, engineers, and executives. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices are preferred.
