Salesforce Developer

Lincoln - Onsite 3 days a week onsite

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, and enhance bespoke applications within the Salesforce platform. This role involves taking ownership of the full development lifecycle — from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to solution design, development, testing, and implementation.

Projects will vary in scope and complexity, and the successful candidate will be expected to adapt to differing business needs. Depending on the project, there may be opportunities to collaborate closely with existing team members, subject matter experts, and wider technical colleagues to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Design and develop custom applications, components, and workflows tailored to organisational needs.
Utilise Salesforce best practices to ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure implementations.
Work collaboratively with team members when required, contributing to shared knowledge and continuous improvement.
Support testing, deployment, and documentation activities to ensure robust and reliable delivery.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

Strong experience with Salesforce System Administration, including configuration and platform management.
Proficiency in building automated processes using Salesforce Flows.
Hands‑on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
Working knowledge of Data Cloud and its application within scalable data solutions.
Experience with OmniStudio for building guided interactions and streamlined digital processes.
Experience working with local authorities
