Overview of the Modelling Contractor role

Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for a Modelling Contractor to support a London-based insurance organisation on an initial three-month engagement starting in May.

The role will focus on the development and integration of pricing models within a new system environment, supporting the build and implementation of modelling capability as part of a wider platform change.

Key responsibilities of the Modelling Contractor will include

Developing Radar pricing models from scratch
Integrating an existing loss cost model into Radar
Supporting model implementation
Building and implementing a payload model
Working closely with pricing and technical teams to support model development and deployment

Required experience for the Modelling Contractor position will include

Strong experience developing Radar pricing models
Proven experience building pricing models from initial build through to implementation
Experience working within general insurance pricing or actuarial environments
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work within project teams
