On behalf of our global client, we’re currently looking for a Conversational AI Developer

Role: Conversational AI Developer

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 months + extension

Location: Remote from USA

Language: English

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain conversational AI solutions including chatbots and virtual assistants.
Implement Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) models to interpret user queries.
Integrate conversational systems with backend APIs, databases, and third-party services.
Build conversation flows, intents, entities, and dialogue management logic.
Optimize chatbot performance through testing, analytics, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and data scientists to improve user experience.
Monitor and troubleshoot conversational AI systems in production.
Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with relevant standards
