Director, Growth Marketing

Location: Remote

Duration: 6‑month contract with potential to convert to a fulltime salaried position, 40 hours/week

This role leads growth marketing for a B2B technology organization. The Director is accountable for building and scaling programs that turn interest from accounts and key industries into qualified opportunities and revenue. You will build initiatives to increase engagement within complex buying groups.

What you’ll do

Own the strategy for creating and accelerating pipeline from strategic enterprise accounts and priority verticals.
Design and run account-centric programs that bring together targeted digital outreach, executive experiences, thought leadership, and partner activities.
Lead marketing efforts across a defined list of high-value accounts, increasing coverage and engagement across buying centers.
Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to build account plans, map stakeholders, and align on activation and follow-up motions.
Develop industry campaigns that position the company as a trusted advisor through content, webinars, briefings, and co-marketing with partners.
Create lifecycle programs that move prospects from engagement to meetings, opportunities, and expansion within existing customers.
Establish a clear measurement framework linking marketing activities to pipeline creation, movement, and revenue impact.
Build and maintain dashboards, analyze funnel performance, and continuously test and refine programs for better conversion and velocity.
Oversee the marketing tech stack and automation workflows needed for account targeting, segmentation, orchestration, and attribution.

What you bring

10+ years in B2B marketing with emphasis on enterprise demand generation, growth marketing or account marketing.
Demonstrated success developing programs that produce meaningful enterprise pipeline and revenue.
Background marketing data, AI, cloud, or broader enterprise technology offerings is strongly preferred.
Experience working in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation and CRM environments.
Strong analytical orientation; comfortable owning dashboards, attribution models, and funnel diagnostics.
History of tight partnership with sales, operations, marketing and partner teams.
