Relationship Associate/Customer Service Representative/Sales Support Specialist | Leading Automotive Finance Client
We’re looking for a Relationship Associate to support dealership partners at a leading automotive finance organization. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service while assisting dealers with title inquiries, account status updates, and soft delinquency questions. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoy problem-solving, this is a great opportunity to gain experience in financial services and dealer relationship support.
What You’ll Do:
Manage 5–10 inbound calls per day from dealership partners regarding title status, monthly inquiries, and short-term delinquency questions
Research title and payment issues by navigating multiple systems and databases
Use tools such as Oracle, Salesforce/Tableau, and other CRM/ERP platforms to verify and update account information
Identify missing data points and resolve discrepancies by reviewing records and understanding internal processes
Support soft collections conversations related to accounts a few days past due
Monitor and respond to inquiries from a dedicated branch email inbox
Collaborate with auction partners on matters such as arbitration returns, credit line adjustments, or fee waivers
Provide clear, timely updates and support to dealership partners and internal teams
What You Bring:
Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
Experience with CRM/ERP platforms; familiarity with Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, or Tableau is a plus
Background in customer service, account support, or sales-related roles
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
Attention to detail with the ability to review data, identify gaps, and resolve issues independently

Location: Portland, OR (100% On-Site)
Pay: $25–$29/hour
