Title- Content & Partner Portal Administrator
Location- Framingham, MA 01702
Duration- 6 Months (Possible Extension)
Schedule- Monday- Friday 8.00am- 5.00pm
Pay rate- $38.46/hr on W2

Preferably Onsite at Framingham, MA but open to Remote depending on the candidate/qualifications.

Summary:
The Content & Partner Portal Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of the Business Sales/Marketing Content Management and Partner Portal platforms.
This role manages content staging, portal tracker updates, intake of workflows, and reporting processes to ensure marketing and sales content is accurately maintained and accessible to sellers and partners.

The Administrator works closely with Senior Strategists, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to maintain content governance standards, support channel organization, manage portal tracking, and ensure operational processes run efficiently across digital sales platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Content Management & Governance
• Manage the Content Staging Area, including uploading assets with accurate descriptions, tagging, and expiration dates.
• Conduct monthly reviews of top-performing assets and optimize channel placement based on engagement insights.
• Produce and distribute monthly expiration reports, notifying stakeholders, and making relevant updates.
• Lead quarterly content audits and clean-ups to remove outdated, redundant, or unused assets.
• Support ongoing content performance reporting for Marketing and leadership.

Channel & Template Management
• Partner with Senior Strategists and internal stakeholders to maintain seller homepage updates and prioritize featured content.
• Build and maintain customizable templates for sellers to ensure consistency and ease of adoption.
• Support the channel build process for both marketing-driven campaigns and sales-led initiatives.
• Continuously optimize channel structure, content flow, and user experience to improve engagement and usability.

Salesforce Intake & Reporting
• Manage the Salesforce Intake Form process for partner portals.
• Maintain updates to partner portal trackers and Salesforce cases to ensure accurate reporting and visibility.
• Own execution and refinement of the Content Deal Recommendation workstream, including rollout and operational support.

Tools, Forms & Workflow Support
• Build and manage Microsoft Forms surveys to support partner portals.
• Maintain the Digital Sales Channels team inbox, responding to inquiries, triaging requests, and routing issues to appropriate team members.
• Identify patterns and opportunities from inquiries to inform process improvements, content gaps, and program enhancements.

Basic Qualifications
• MS Office suite proficiency
• Managing multiple project deadlines, working with multiple partners, and functioning as key stakeholder
• Strong presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strategic thinking combined with 'on your feet' thinking; problem solver
• Project management experience ranging from planning and design through execution
• Self-motivated with ability to work effectively with minimal supervision under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
Project Manager experience, sales or marketing preferred
