Training Architecture Power Automate SharePoint Online

Job Specifications

Our client is seeking a SharePoint Online Developer to support the build and configuration of SharePoint Online libraries and automation processes. This is a HYBRID contract in Ottawa.

Responsibilities

Build libraries in SharePoint Online (SPO) based on data provided by the Information Management Analyst
Configure custom metadata columns, content types, and document sets
Assist in developing a process to transfer files from legacy repositories (shared drives, SharePoint On-Prem, legacy SPO) to new libraries
Evaluate and potentially utilize ShareGate for migration activities
Create training materials for teams moving files into the new libraries
Identify areas where Power Automate flows can streamline processes and develop these flows
Document how automated flows are built and how they can be maintained or updated
Identify knowledge gaps related to SPO site/library construction and automation and support knowledge transfer to the IM team
Develop educational materials for end users if required

Additional Details

Site architecture is already designed
Work will include Power Automate process development, content/library configuration, and documentation
Hybrid work model with some on-site work required in Ottawa
