Job Specifications

Your Mission: Join an Agile team working on a critical accounting system for Belgian social security. As a dual-role Functional Analyst (business + technical), you will:

Translate business needs into clear specifications (user stories, UML diagrams)
Collaborate with Java/Angular developers to validate technical solutions
Understand regulatory requirements (social contributions, tax declarations)
Work in a bilingual environment (Dutch mandatory, French required)

Your Profile:

5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst (or Business Analyst with technical skills)
Familiarity with Java/Angular (no coding required, but ability to discuss technical concepts)
Experience with administrative applications (accounting, public sector)
Dutch C1 level (business teams are Dutch-speaking)

Technologies: Java (Spring), Angular, REST APIs, SQL, JIRA, Confluence

Not a fit if:

You want a pure developer role
You don't speak Dutch
