Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to perform routine and ad-hoc analysis to uncover actionable insights, identify performance gaps, and support data-driven decision making. The role involves working with large datasets, developing dashboards, conducting statistical analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and business improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
Perform data mining, profiling, and root cause analysis to support business decisions
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data from databases and data warehouses
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting standards across dashboards and reports
Support development and validation of statistical or predictive models
Document reporting processes and support data governance initiatives

Required Skills:

Strong SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau / Qlik)
Experience working with data warehouses, data marts, or large datasets
Knowledge of data analysis, data quality checks, and data transformation
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Math, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in data analytics or a data analyst role
