Job Specifications

Compri Consulting is searching for a CMDB Configuration Manager for a contract through the end of the year.

Required Qualifications

ServiceNow CMDB Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing a ServiceNow CMDB, including Data Manager, Attestation, and CMDB Health
Integration Experience: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, data streams, ETL processes and third-party data sources
Asset & CI Alignment: Strong understanding of the relationship between asset records and their corresponding Configuration items
Framework Knowledge: Solid knowledge of ITIL v4 practices, particularly Service Configuration Management and Asset Management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
