As a Transformation Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering strategic change initiatives that improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape and deliver impactful solutions that align with organisational strategy and long-term objectives.The Role
In this role, you will:
Identify, define, and support change initiatives that deliver clear customer value and measurable commercial benefits.
Engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders to secure input, alignment, and commitment throughout delivery.
Elicit, document, and agree end-to-end requirements spanning people, processes, and technology.
Contribute across multiple workstreams, programmes, and strategic portfolios, supporting the delivery of complex, high-value initiatives.
Track and evaluate the success of solution design and execution, ensuring outcomes align with strategic goals.
What You'll Bring

Strong analytical capability and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven experience in business analysis, including the application of appropriate tools, techniques, and methodologies.
Experience supporting change management and working effectively across diverse teams.
A growth mindset, with a strong motivation to learn, develop, and progress.
