Job Specifications

We're looking for a Digital Architect to help shape and govern digital solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences and power a large-scale digital transformation.
You'll work in a fast-moving, agile environment, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to design digital services that are scalable, secure, and built to perform.What you'll be doing

Designing and governing modern digital applications and services that promote a strong digital culture
Working with internal teams and external partners to ensure solutions align with agreed architectural principles and standards
Supporting product teams with pragmatic, business-focused technical solutions
Ensuring all designs align with the wider enterprise architecture vision and governance frameworks
Championing modern engineering practices, including test-driven and behaviour-driven development
What you'll bring

Proven experience designing and architecting digital solutions, ideally in complex or large-scale environments
Strong knowledge of mobile platforms, CRM, eCommerce, and cloud technologies (Azure and/or AWS)
Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and recognised architecture frameworks (eg TOGAF)
A solid understanding of GDPR, data protection, and cyber security principles
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Travel 1-2 times a week to Burton on Trent
