KEY DUTIES
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or digital ticketing systems
Provide basic IT support and guidance for common technical issues
Log incidents accurately and escalate where necessary
Support users with account access, passwords, and basic software issues
Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
