User Operations Intern

Location: 10250 Constellation Blvd. Century City, Los Angeles 90067

(5 days onsite, optional Friday remote)

About This Role

Bigo Live is looking for a User Management intern to join our user team! A successful candidate will be dependable in delivery and reliable in knowledge. If you have a drive for business intelligence and insights beyond the given information you will excel at this role.

Internship length: at least 6 months as a full-time intern with the opportunity to convert to full-time employees based on performance and headcount

Responsibilities

Conducting user analysis (Field study, Phone call interview), assisting the team to improve the current SVIP program
IOS app store review (try to troubleshoot timely, and customized service case by case regarding different users)
SVIP Event creation, poster design
Responsible for merch operations to help with shipping and coordinating packages

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in communication, Marketing, or any related majors
Understand and be able to use data to support business decisions
Versatility in focus and coordination with other team members
Comfortable working in client-facing roles and a good multi-tasker
