Job Description

Job title: Business Intelligence Analyst Role Summary: Own and manage internal operational data sets, design and maintain pipelines, and deliver insights that inform product launches, operations strategy, and KPI alignment across the organization. Expactations: Minimum 3 years of analytical experience (5 years preferred), strong technical background, proven ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations, and effective communication with non‑technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, deploy, and maintain SQL, Python, and Excel data pipelines to aggregate and cleanse operational data. - Produce and distribute reports and dashboards for internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. - Gather and clarify reporting requirements from cross‑functional partners, translating business questions into data solutions. - Monitor and validate KPIs and metrics, maintaining consistency across business functions. - Advise leadership on data‑driven decisions for launches of in‑app initiatives and content strategy. - Analyze live‑stream ecosystem trends to support strategic growth initiatives. - Adapt to evolving data environments, troubleshooting issues and optimizing processes. Required Skills: - Proficiency in SQL, Excel (spreadsheets), and at least one scripting language (Python, R, JavaScript). - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and data visualization skills. - Ability to transform complex data sets into clear, actionable insights. - Strong presentation skills for non‑technical audiences. - Effective communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management.
