Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Possible overtime)

Location: Hybrid – Toronto, ON (1–2 days onsite)

Role Overview

Seeking a Business Analyst to support the deployment and rollout of the Salesforce-based Fusion Risk Management platform as part of the Operational Resilience Program. This role will focus on gathering and translating business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring successful implementation and testing of Salesforce solutions supporting operational risk and resilience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and translate business requirements into technical requirements for Salesforce solutions

Facilitate requirements gathering sessions between internal stakeholders and external vendors

Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and related documentation

Support testing and validation activities to ensure system configurations meet business needs

Collaborate with technology teams to support Salesforce implementation and enhancements

Lead stakeholder meetings and cross-functional working groups related to project delivery

Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, functional requirements, and user guides

Create and execute test plans and support UAT activities

Monitor project milestones and identify potential risks to delivery

Support operational resilience initiatives aligned with enterprise risk management strategies

Ensure project activities align with regulatory, operational risk, and compliance frameworks

Required Qualifications

8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in technology implementation projects

5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform and Lightning Experience

3+ years of experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Strong experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation

Experience translating technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa

Nice to Have

Experience with regulatory frameworks related to Operational Resilience (e.g., OSFI E-21)

Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

Experience working in financial services or regulated environments

Soft Skills

Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements clearly
