Service Centre Analyst (IT Support)
Location: Bristol, UK
Salary: £29k per annum
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)

Based in Bristol, you will act as a key point of contact for IT support, delivering first-line technical assistance and excellent customer service. You'll collaborate with internal teams and global stakeholders to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain a reliable IT environment-ideal for someone proactive, customer-focused, and eager to grow within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line IT support via service portal, phone, and face-to-face interactions
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across a range of technologies
Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact users
Maintain and improve IT documentation and knowledge base
Support IT asset management processes
Contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery and operational procedures
Collaborate with global IT teams and internal stakeholders

Skills & Experience Required

Experience supporting Microsoft technologies including Azure AD, M365, Exchange Online, and SharePoint
Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP, and networking fundamentals
Experience with Windows 11, MS Office, and device builds (Intune)
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage workload independently and prioritise effectively
