Data Entry Clerk II (French) - 2 years of experience mMinimum

This individual will be responsible for assigning incoming finance‑related leads to the appropriate team members. When someone reaches out looking for financial advice, this person will receive the request, review it, and direct the lead to the correct advisor or representative.

Candidate Profile Details:

Degree/Certifications Required: High school diploma Years of Overall Experience: 2 -4 Preferred Candidate Background: Insurance / finance background , sales How will performance be measured: on how they work, how quicklyleads are assigned , weekly 1:1 Selling Points of Position (CVP): new learning , working with good experience , lots of opportunity and growth

Summary Of Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

Analyze, triage, and route sales leads to advisors and agents.
Manage the shared inbox and ensure timely responses and distribution.
Maintain accurate, consistent lead entries within Salesforce.
Pull, review, and enter leads from multiple sources (SharePoint, PowerBI, email, queues).
Monitor and ensure SLAs are met for lead processing.
Document all notes, updates, and comments clearly in Salesforce.
Identify process gaps and provide suggestions for improvement.
Support automation initiatives, including email reply automation.
Handle escalations, corrections, or issues related to lead assignment.
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Consultant on ongoing projects.
Guide agents toward self-serve tools and resources when appropriate.
