Job Specifications

Join a dynamic team as a part-time Application Developer specializing in building cross-platform mobile applications using the Ionic Framework and React. This remote contract role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in mobile development who are passionate about delivering robust, high-quality apps for both iOS and Android platforms. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining mobile solutions that leverage modern technologies and best practices.

Deliverables

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Ionic, React, and TypeScript
Integrate RESTful APIs and manage state efficiently within applications
Implement and utilize device APIs such as Camera, Geolocation, and Push Notifications
Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences
Collaborate with team members to deliver project milestones on schedule
Assist with deployment processes for App Store and Play Store as needed

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience with Ionic Framework and React
Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
Experience integrating REST APIs and managing application state
Familiarity with Capacitor, Firebase, and mobile performance optimization
Knowledge of device APIs (Camera, Geolocation, Push Notifications)
Experience with app deployment to App Store and Play Store is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
Availability for part-time contract work
