Im currently recruiting for a Junior Quality Engineer to work in a company driving closed:loop solutions, energy production and products with a second life

This role is ideal for someone with a few years experience in an industrial environment who is looking for a supportive team to develop their problem solving and continuous improvements approaches.

Roles/Responsibilities

Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing performance and product consistency, identifying opportunities to optimise processes and reduce waste across production operations.
Use data analysis and reporting tools to monitor plant performance, investigate trends and support informed operational decision:making.
Provide technical support to product and material development, assisting with trials, testing and validation activities within production and laboratory environments.
Assess incoming material quality and process outputs, documenting findings and communicating recommendations to production and technical teams.
Drive structured root cause investigations and corrective actions, while maintaining performance metrics and supporting internal quality and compliance audits.

What Were Looking For

Experience in a Quality role within an industrial environment (production, processing, manufacturing, recycling etc.)
An engineering related qualification would be beneficial
Ideally experience with problem solving, continuous improvements or 8D methodologies/ root cause analysis
