Location: Remote | Contract

Join a high‑impact technology organization building cloud‑native services that support AI‑enabled enterprise applications. This role focuses on hands‑on software engineering, connecting modern AI capabilities with existing systems through secure, scalable backend services. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deliver reliable solutions in evolving cloud environments.

Due to client request, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs supporting AI‑enabled applications

• Develop cloud‑native services with a focus on reliability, security, and observability

• Integrate distributed systems and microservices within AWS‑based environments

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across application and infrastructure layers

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver production‑ready software

What We’re Looking For

• 7 or more years of software engineering experience

• Strong experience building services in cloud environments, preferably AWS

• Background with microservices, APIs, and containerized workloads

• Ability to work hands‑on in fast‑moving, evolving technical environments

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
