Sales Enablement Training Specialist – EMEA
**Role Summary**
Contract role delivering high-impact sales enablement in a SaaS environment. Responsible for designing, executing, and evaluating onboarding, coaching, and skills development programs that boost EMEA sales performance. Collaborates with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Global Enablement to create data‑driven, consultative selling solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **New Hire Sales Onboarding (30%)** – Own, automate, and continually refine onboarding flow, covering product, conversation skills, and methodology.
- **Call Reviews & Coaching (25%)** – Analyze recorded and live calls, identify skill gaps, and partner with Sales Managers to deliver targeted coaching and calibration sessions.
- **Sales Skills Development (20%)** – Design and facilitate workshops on prospecting, discovery, value‑based selling, and closing, incorporating role‑play and live practice.
- **Product Knowledge & Continuous Learning (15%)** – Deliver feature and product enablement in partnership with Product Marketing and Global Enablement.
- **Enablement Operations (10%)** – Track engagement data, KPI attainment, manage content schedules, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in Sales Enablement within a SaaS business.
- Deep knowledge of consultative sales frameworks (Challenger, MEDDPICC, SPIN, SPICED, value‑selling).
- Strong coaching abilities, including call listening and gap analysis.
- Data‑driven mindset: quantify impact, report outcomes, iterate on programs.
- Influential communicator, building trust across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership.
- Proficiency in facilitating training in live, hybrid, and virtual formats.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in matrixed, high‑growth environments.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field).
- Relevant enablement or sales coaching certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Enablement Professional,HubSpot Sales Trainer, etc.) preferred.
