Digital Marketing Manager – Hospitality & Nightlife Experience
Location: London
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 + performance bonuses + perks
We’re partnering with a vibrant hospitality venue in London’s nightlife scene to find a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and has a strong hospitality background.
The Role:
You’ll lead the digital marketing strategy, grow brand visibility, and drive footfall and bookings. You’ll manage campaigns across social media, oversee outsourced creative teams, and create engaging content (from planning shoots to approving visuals). Hospitality experience is key — you’ll dive deep into how the venue operates, from private hires to events, introducing guests to the full experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google)
Manage social media, content, and short-form video strategies
Coordinate outsourced teams (design, video, PPC)
Drive bookings and private hire revenue, including cold outreach for partnerships
Support brand collaborations, influencer marketing, and campaigns
Analyse campaign performance and optimise for conversions
What We’re Looking For:
2–4 years’ marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, nightlife, F&B, or entertainment
Proven experience running digital campaigns and managing creative teams
Knowledge of social trends, short-form content, and online engagement
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
Comfortable occasionally working evenings for events or launches
