Job Title: Ecommerce Operations Manager – International
Role Summary
- Lead international e‑commerce operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency across global markets.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving process improvements, automation, and vendor optimization.
- Support global planning and strategic initiatives with enterprise‑level project management and data‑driven decision making.
Expectations
- Deliver operational excellence for international e‑commerce functions until April 2027.
- Apply proactive risk management, issue triage, and escalation procedures across cross‑functional teams.
- Align operational projects with business strategic goals and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. **Operational Planning & Excellence** – manage daily operations, implement tools and workflows, maintain performance dashboards, and track operational metrics, risks, and dependencies.
2. **Vendor Management** – oversee vendor partnerships, resolve performance issues, and drive vendor optimization.
3. **Process & System Improvement** – identify workflow bottlenecks, develop SOPs, lead automation initiatives (e.g., Jira, Jira Automation), and adopt new e‑commerce technologies.
4. **Project Management** – plan, execute, and close cross‑functional projects; define resources, timelines, risks, and deliverables; provide regular stakeholder updates.
5. **Strategic Support** – identify opportunities to increase capacity, improve productivity, and align stakeholders on long‑term priorities.
Required Skills
- 7+ years in e‑commerce, digital operations, or related field.
- Strong operational planning, execution, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Data‑driven decision making with expertise in KPI development and operational metrics.
- Process improvement, change management, and automation tool proficiency (e.g., Jira, workflow automation).
- Familiarity with global e‑commerce ecosystems, platforms, and technology integrations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and problem‑solving skills.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or comparable field.
