The Role
Take ownership of a strategic data transformation: replacing a legacy on-prem ETL platform (Informatica PowerCenter) with a modern, cloud-ready data integration solution.
You define the vision, steer execution across multiple Agile Release Trains, and ensure business value, security, and delivery stay aligned.
You’ll work closely with architects, product managers, scrum masters, data engineers, business stakeholders, and vendors to drive a controlled and future-proof migration
What You’ll Do
Lead RFI/RFP and vendor selection in collaboration with architecture and procurement
Define the target vision and roadmap for next-gen data integration (ADF, IICS, dbt, …)
Own epics, business cases, MVPs, and success metrics
Align stakeholders, manage dependencies, risks, and priorities
Prepare and drive PI Planning and cross-ART coordination
Ensure data governance, quality, security, and compliance
Support change, adoption, and communication throughout the migration
Your Profile
5+ years in data integration, ETL, or data engineering
Strong PowerCenter knowledge and solid understanding of modern cloud data platforms
Experience in SAFe or Agile-at-scale (Epic Owner, PO, PM)
Excellent stakeholder management and business-to-tech translation skills
Structured, analytical, ownership-driven mindset
