**Job Title:** Product Manager
**Role Summary:**
Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle for digital financial/retail/consumer SaaS solutions. Translate abstract business goals into a prioritized backlog, wireframes, and user stories. Act as the bridge among business, design, and engineering to deliver high‑quality, data‑driven products on an agile cadence.
**Expectations:**
- Full‑time W2 contractor at $53/hr.
- Deliver measurable outcomes, maintain stakeholder communication, and coordinate vendor execution.
- Work hybrid schedule (Mon–Fri), with remote work days.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Capture product vision and translate it into product backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes/storyboards.
- Define and manage product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and maintain sprint cadence.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Conduct data analysis to inform decisions, set metrics, and measure product impact.
- Manage vendor expectations and deliverable quality.
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years product management experience with proven strategy, roadmap, and outcome delivery.
- Mastery of agile practices: backlog grooming, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint cadence, metrics.
- Wireframing/storyboarding expertise (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).
- Strong analytical and data‑analytics skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Domain experience in financial services, retail, or consumer apps.
- Experience with SaaS or digital platform products.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Product management certifications (Pragmatic Marketing, Certified Scrum Product Owner, etc.) preferred but not mandatory.
