Job Description
Job Title: Senior Analyst, Vendor Management Role Summary: Centralized vendor management role supporting business lines to ensure consistent, effective oversight of third-party relationships, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. Manages Tier 1 and centralized vendors, including OSFI B10 Material Vendors. Expectations: - Manage vendor portfolios to optimize service quality, compliance, and cost efficiency. - Lead cross-functional vendor governance and performance improvement initiatives. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve vendor-related issues. - Ensure adherence to contractual, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage critical third-party vendor relationships, including OSFI B10 Material Vendors. - Conduct ongoing vendor performance monitoring, reporting, and corrective action planning. - Serve as a governance lead for internal teams, guiding risk mitigation and value realization. - Lead vendor review meetings, presenting insights to senior stakeholders. - Resolve vendor escalations, contractual disputes, and compliance challenges. - Identify and implement cost-saving and process improvement opportunities. - Reconcile vendor invoices and ensure accurate documentation. - Enhance vendor oversight processes and align with best practices. - Maintain and update vendor management policies, procedures, and regulatory filings. - Forecast and manage inventory/collateral resources (e.g., Mastercard).
