Job Title: Senior Associate – Business Development & Account Management Role Summary: Lead new business acquisition and manage key client relationships for a talent advisory firm, driving growth through consultative engagement, sourcing, and service delivery. Expectations: - Own a portfolio of client accounts and achieve revenue targets. - Deliver high‑quality recruitment and consulting services. - Act as a trusted partner, anticipating client needs and providing strategic hiring insights. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities across assigned verticals. - Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. - Serve as primary contact for client accounts, managing expectations, budgets, and outcomes. - Identify, screen, and interview qualified candidates; guide them through the hiring process. - Collaborate with internal teams to design customized talent solutions. Required Skills: - 5+ years of experience in B2B business development, recruitment, or client‑facing roles. - Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Consultative mindset with the capacity to balance client objectives and candidate fit. - Talent identification acumen and proficiency with sourcing tools (social media, job boards, networking). - Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, and aptitude for working autonomously. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. - Relevant recruitment or sales certifications are a plus.
