**Job Title**
Master Data International Coordination – Run
**Role Summary**
Coordinate daily Run operations for the product master data repository in an international environment. Ensure data quality, resolve issues, and facilitate communication between French teams (Procurement, Supply, Product Reference) and the GSC operational team in India. Lead continuous improvement of monitoring tools and processes.
**Expectations**
*Maintain high data integrity and accuracy across the product reference.*
*Provide swift, effective support to international teams.*
*Drive process enhancements and contribute to large‑scale projects (e.g., NOE).*
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Monitor completeness and quality metrics daily; analyze detected errors, identify trends, prioritize fixes, and document tickets.
2. Collaborate with data analysts to refine monitoring tools and dashboards.
3. Enforce business rules and processes within the GSC team; support them via Teams, hotline, and query tracker.
4. Address questions on pricing, workflows, and management rules.
5. Maintain operational directories (Purchasing, Supply, Product Reference, GSC) and manage SharePoint sites for creation, pricing, and error logs.
6. Produce weekly dashboards of outsourced activities and track status, follow‑up, and resolution of blockers.
7. Participate in the NOE project, contributing to article reference recreation, training of stakeholders, KPI implementation, and process updating.
8. Propose and implement optimisations for tools, dashboards, and business processes to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
**Required Skills**
*Technical:*
- Understanding of master‑data management systems and product référentiel.
- Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and collaborative tools (Teams).
- Knowledge of procurement/supply environments in distribution is advantageous.
*Soft Skills:*
- Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and problem‑solving ability.
- Proactive, curious, and able to simplify complex business rules for diverse audiences.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in an international, multi‑stakeholder setting.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) to Master’s level (Bac+5) in Data, Supply Chain, Operations, Computer Science, Quality Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum English proficiency B2 (TOEIC 790 or higher).
- Prior experience in Run, data management, or operational support (2 years preferred).
- Comfortable working in a global, multidisciplinary environment.
